Venture Capital Properties is a successful real estate investment advisory firm, combining the expertise in the sale of investment properties, management, leasing, and finance based in New York City. The Opportunity:
At Venture Capital Properties you will work in a fast paced environment with experienced professionals where you will have all the tools, and the opportunity to be a top producer. Our company philosophy is to train top producers through our time-tested training program. We simply do not hire people just to give away desks like many other brokerage companies.
We value both our and the sales associates’ time and understand that every single member of the teams’ success is important to the success of the company.
When a new hire arrives they will go through an intense course to strengthen their analytical, sales, negotiation, strategy and tactical skills in order to have direction and a good foundation when they start. As they make progress they will also have access to a vast directory of properties to work with. In addition, new associates will have support from a top producer in the company.

At Venture Capital Properties there are no limits on your potential income. We work on many different transaction sizes where commissions can be $100,000 on a single deal, but can range into the multimillion dollar range per transition. We expect that after each agent gains the proper experience, the individual will be capable of closing deals on a consistent basis.
Each associate is an independent contractor and will be compensated based on commission.
